I will must say salary always received on time.But there are no option for pramotion.Same work every day nothing to learn any new skills.Company is very nice but Internal politics is very bad..

It's impossible to understand who is seeing your performance.If you have personally good relations with your boss.then you will get everything.Cimpany management is not seeing your performance.they are just sleeping.Overall company's policies are good for customer.

On time Salery, They took care of Employees when COVID was there. You can learn a lot here if survived. Some Good managers are also there who will guide you like anything if you are lucky. Flexible work hours

Company only focus on top managers .. If you are An ASM or RSM it's good for you. Otherwise no one is there to take care of you . It's not good for TL Posts . I was recognised as na highly performing Team Leader I have the best KPI score amongst PAN India level Team Leader, But they treated like I am nothing there. I have resigned there but no one bothered to retain. They have lots of process with lots of flaws that can make you stressed . In my working days whenever I tried to tell them the flaws they did make fun of me . Because they used to appreciate the bigger Post with and tech digree holders not talent .
