Openness to learn - new skills to learn, growing business and scale, good people around who have been there for more than 5 years and are doing great for themselves and the company. I am a fresher so learning from all of them is a great experience. I have to work on saturdays too as do many others... but that is ok... I would really like if there is more stuctured training as I want to grow and get all skill sets ... but then again it is a growing space ... and probably I will pick up more as I learn more...

Guys omotech is a pioneer of Lala Companies. Its a company you should avoid at all costs to save your sanity. Better to remain unemployed than join a sh*thole like this. Joining them is akin to signing up for a dating profile due to the unprofessionalism of men working here. Those “above average” you might have seen? They are fake. Managers like Meghan and Avneet and the top management influenced people to put false reviews and the company also pressures employees and clients to post positive feedback on google reviews while deleting negative ones. These mechatronics VPs so-called managerial skills include manipulation, making inappropriate comments towards women and abusing them whether employees or client parent(mothers). and fostering a toxic environment and showcasing EGO. Their incompetence leads to continuous harassment of the team members. Feel pity for these managers significant other at home and anyone who has to work and live under their influence its guaranteed a traumatic experience. The company is rife with men who objectify women, which is a serious issue. Adding more HRs or policies wont fix the problem when it stems from a fundamental lack of respect and proper upbringing.
