If you are joining us Software Support Engineer it would be L1 support aka Customer Support. You won't be having any technical duties. No much industry standard tooling for support or monitoring. End of the day you won't be getting anything to mention on your resume. You have to work on shift hours 8pm to 12 am. Since it's such an irregular timing don't expect a night shift extra pay. Don't expect 100% of bonus unless you are superman and satisfy all the guidelines laid to get 100% bonus (trust me you have to be a superhuman for this). There are only 1.5 leave credited to you in a month. They don't provide it in quarterly or half manner. So if you get a fever or a personal matter which require u to take leave more than 1.5 days good luck with that. Lop options are available however ur bonus will fly away.
