Let me define a good work culture Shift timings to be fixed - at Novatr you come at 9:45 leave at 8:30-9 ,they force you to sit till 8:30 Week off - they force you to work on Sundays saying we have not reached the target - bro focus on your process why whole organisation bis doing less number maybe at leadership it is a problem Supportive Manager - managers are toxic they talk as if they are paying us from their pocket , sarcasm even they do not how to speak humbly again if you are their favourite it an expectation Management - too much micromanagement means too much - they keep poking you what you have done every hour Supportive HR - HR seems to be non existent on they are present during hiring or exit process , no value of HR in this organisation Startup culture - many startup provide innovative approach from employees - in name of startup they make their employees working like donekies Remember byjus - This is what you can find here In name of startup and providing good pay that too is minimal here all other places are offering same They only claim when you want to join that we have good culture but once you join you will see it is worst A suggestion to management once they see while deleting this - let your employees sleep their subconscious will get you more results Do not become byjus - you have already crossed line where you can make all of us work in name of startup Try to come in good working culture Too immature behaviour...Read More
