I like people who were there working very hard even though they were under paid compare to market and because of IT, apps & systems, operationally not feasible because maximum staff were outsourced, very less permanent staff and then merger. Due COVID19 me & my team worked from home. Anyway, Noor Bank is now no more exist because ithas been merged with DIB. And I face all this hardship but ended up successfully without any gaps and flow in my treasury operations work as I am carrying my previous experience which I utilized there....Read More

I dislike their operational policy which creates difficulties in people's life, it was not much business friendly.

Work Details

Very tough because short of staff and so much manual operational work but I managed to automized so many products & reports since started my work.
