The company management is very least concerned about Employees / Individuals skills development & improving the work culture. Employees get stagnant at a certain hierarchy with respect to promotions. There is no such specific and added measures inducted or adapted by the management for improving work life Balance.

Dislikes

There is no such Job rotations options / policies provided by the company while filling up of KPI's & KPA's. For training individual choice is not being seeked , its based on anonymous selections of individuals for training .

Work Details

I am presently woring in NLCIL, newly developed mines at Smabalpur, Odisha. This mines is based on the MDO concept. I am looking after all the Mechanical related statutory requirement fulfillment's & its adherence.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
