Company policy is good but it depends on how is your reporting manager if he is supportive then company is good for you and if he is bad then company is bad for you and unfortunately most of the reporting managers of this company are arrogant and rude

My reporting manager mr. Niyaz Ahmad was completely illiterate who neither had the manners to talk nor much knowledge but the arrogance was like being the CEO of the company even on Saturdays and Sundays which were the company's holiday even on that day Force to work He used to force me to work even on holidays. If you are joining for Delhi NCR then join any branch but don't join Faridabad branch because you will not be able to learn anything and forget your personal life...Read More
