Due Centralised HR and compensation policies, few Directors and Managers from companies like wipro,infy etc dont get a chance to play favouritism (which is common in services industry), annual wellness week off is good. Service industry level micromanagement by Directors in teams like scpt, planning, picc etc.US headquarters ignores indian setup and everyday 10PM-1AM calls, even Directors are treated like tech leads by US. 4 days mandatory work from office in an office not fit for any collaboration is pathetic. Facilities and admin team is useless

I like the work culture and they way they treat people is good, everyone will like to be a part of nike organisation, as this is my first work career where I am very comfortable with the atmosphere and culture. And I have learnt or gained a lot of experience in my 1 year of experience. Thank u nike and my humble manager. @PM

As it is operations, continuous work will be there, but network issue i dislike.
