when contract with client ends you will loose your job. Don't fall in trap the client will make you permanent and if contract ends we will provide you employment after that. It has something called 2 months cooling period. After you unemployed for 2 months they will provide you interview with other client. No job security. When that hire you they used to do false promises and after that when client remove you they are not able to conduct single interview to another client and give direct notice period.
