Actually as a fresher you can't learn anything and they'll say that they have a project or they have a thought of selecting you to the onsite team why because it's a Japanese based company..yeah they did the same to me but the fact is there is no active projects...I wonder how an organisation pays money when you have nothing to do in that company for more than a year.
