Helped to improve researc skills by being involved in a number of field works

Dislikes

Terrible management, terrible authority, all employees of the company belong to the same family (complete nepotism) so not even the slightest chance of promotion, false promises of increment and bonus (They did not give anything.....at the time of increment they conveniently said they no profits and were running low on projects) They also deal in backhand politics...they lead some kind of labour union based political party and promise them good life if they work for the company (this has happened with two or three employees) Tours are always on sundays, no compensatory leaves, number of annual holidays very poor Some people in the management like the assistant director , if unhappy makes extremely personal comments dragging in family and other things. (has happened with me and three other employees who were not part of their family!!!)...Read More

this is a service provider company mostly they work for UN Organization. They are providing services for Communication skill, Survey, Printing, Design, i like most his culture. No pressure for work. independent work.

Dislikes

Everything is ok but Job security is not available in this company. At right now i am in notice period.
