Work life balance is good. Login log out times aren't tracked like service based companies. But there will be fixed timings. Salary is on a bit higher compared other similar product based companies. Hike percentages will be around 10% (first two hikes will be 12% and 16% for freshers). Job security is good. Cost cutting will be done by removing amenities or delaying the hikes, not by laying off.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction will not be there. Very old product. No platform to learn new technologies. Learning new skills is not a priority. Timesheets need to be submitted at the end of every week even if there isn't much work. It will taken very seriously. Will be a bit difficult sometimes. Company culture is still age old. No work life balance - no KTs - no proper updation of technologies - full torture - daily we have to come to office with strict timings of 10 hours access - no weekends - shifts will be there 24/7 no allowance - if you dont want to live in this society please join this company
