Dislikes

Less job security and future growth is uncertain, hr management is poor no proper moniterisation for employees work performance and not any system for salary and incentive growth. Overall employee cannot stay longer due to these system.

Work Details

Complete gym management. Handling all staff provide training to new employee. Resolve all issues of client and staff, maintaining all gym equipment. Manage all gym activities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
