You will not have any mental pressure if you are software developer bcz they dont have any projects so they outsourse you to another company for sales or support work with 0% software development totally different what you hired for.

Dislikes

Everything, toxic and political HR group only thinks about self and some of their favourite employees company totally runs on HR the complete management is HR which are doing WFH WFH policies only applied to Hr not on other employees bcz they made the policies which favour's only them

Work environment is good and colleagues are great to work with.

Dislikes

The company needs a lot of improvement. Mostly it is going downhill because of many reason which management is refusing to recognize.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
