Every company has their own politics but as politics is not my cup of tea, not much a fan of it. Clearly saying I actually don’t understand the aspects of it.

Bloody internal politics is happening there. Some higher officials are doing anything to save their favourite persons. If they don't like you, they will treat you like a like slumdog, tag you 'good for nothing. Even you are a hardworking person, they never accept it. They will say these all are waste.
