I personally learnt a lot from this PSU company. Government has plan to disinvest or close Loss making PSU. Any time this company may come to closure.

Dislikes

No promotion is possible due to its loss making PSU status. No perks like other Maharatna, Navratna and Mini Ratna.

I feel proud to completed my entire service in N.T.C. Ltd. Coimbatore, Southern Regional office. The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I am a part of a team to implement modernization and built completely new mills with latest technology and high quality products and provide employment to future generations. I get to travel all Southern Regional mills .

Dislikes

Carrier growth is slow. The work pressure is high. I was received appreciation but unnoticed.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look all Southern Regional mills day to day utilisation, production and productivity and get reasons for loss of utilisation, and productivity . Take immediate remedy steps maintaining.
