We can sit freely and interact with colleagues in most of the part of the day.

Dislikes

Politics among colleagues, even Joint Directors, no increase in salary and no promotion for contractual employees even after years, not the workplace to utilize our full potential. We are posted as per their requirement instead of our qualifications and experience.

I am a Psychologist and fully able to work in the clinic of NIPCCD but I am posted in Child Protection. My job is to train the CCI staff about JJ ACT, POCSO ACT, etc. However, until the training commences, my job is of a clerk and idle employe
