There’s nothing to like about it! The culture is toxic, and every single month they change your KRAs (Key Result Areas). They hardly allow you to work according to your profile. No matter what role you’re hired for, you ultimately end up working in sales. Every month, they set unrealistic targets for you to achieve, which don’t align with the analytics or performance metrics of the product. If you’re close to achieving your target by the end of the month, they arbitrarily increase your target by at least 50% within the same month. The target given at the beginning of the month becomes null and void, and you’re left with a new, unattainable goal. If you fail to meet it, you’re likely to be fired. There’s hardly any appreciation for hard work. No matter how much effort you put in, there’s always someone ready to steal the credit. When it comes to appraisals, they don’t even discuss your performance with you. Any increment is based solely on their mindset, not your actual performance or contributions. They make you work until 11:00 PM Sometime, with no regard for personal time or well-being. At the time of joining, they promise you a fixed annual bonus. However, after a year, they simply deny it, claiming they never made such a promise. Even if you try to show evidence, they avoid putting such promises in your offer letter or any official email. There’s absolutely zero scope to try or experiment with new ideas. If you do, you’re expected to succeed on the first try, with no room for course correction. The work-life balance is non-existent. The leave policy is the worst—6-day working weeks with 9-hour days. You only get 2 holidays a year: one for Diwali and another for Holi. They’re extremely reluctant to grant leaves. Even if you’re sick, they’ll ask you to work from home. They randomly change your KRAs at any time. If you fail to achieve your target in a single month, you’re at risk of losing your job, regardless of your past performance. Your previous achievements are completely disregarded....Read More
