The company has not yet given my salary from November Month , Nothing good HR and MD , they both are very bad not good , he won't make you do that work. The profile for which you have come, will get you to do the work for which profile they want .Sonam Singh works in HR who has not yet given my November month salary and has blocked my number. I have called him many times but till now I have not got any reply. Moreover, the company's MD and other staff abuses. Doesn't sound too good. The atmosphere there is very bad. Whoever goes there, go there carefully. MSRB Food Products does not offer mediclaim. This company takes another 10 days salary from the salary also HR not inform you before deduct 10 days salary .It doesn't help in any way. HR is too bad.,too bad no one works in this company. everyone leaves. In 15 to 20 days, they call with good promises, but get more and more work done. If there is a employee come in the morning 10:00 Am, then it goes through at night till 10:00 pm.The biggest problem with MSRB food products is that there is no professionalism in them. Don't know how to work with patience. Also no benifits provide me by company only travel charges pay .I have not got any benefits in a company. There are no benefits of any kind. It does not even give mediclaim in this company. The most important thing in the company is the mediclaim. For Employee and it does not even give Mediclaim. From above, it used to do only Delhi to Ambala on my charge. Other than that it doesn't pay any Charges. MD is a very bad Boss. He is very rude and abusive language use to employees even he don't have patience. Which is a very bad thing ....Read More
