MSC Software was a great company to work in with a positive company culture. Unfortunately, after integration with Hexagon, it has adapted a toxic work culture. People are working 14+ hours a day because there is loads of work, but not enough resources. Toxic management, managers who complain about the team members with other managers, useless HR. It is is dire state!

Dislikes

Toxic management Public shaming of team members Lack of trust Unprofessional behavior Isolating team members No professional growth No training for new skills, but great expectations in productivity Blame shifting
