Multiple dislikes..no salary on time..no any benefits..no appraisals..no continuation..every year staff change..toxic work culture..bogus management...illetrate chairman and director...they didn't have manners to speak with teachers.. environment is not at all supportive...

A teacher is not preferred here.Principal has made some puppets here,they are her permanent members..vrna hr saal staff change hota h..no any appraisals..or inhe aisa teacher chahiye..jo aage bdh k initiative le..or school ko use extra kch na dena pde..yha all time hirings chalti rhti h..bhle hi in k pass us particular subject ka teacher ho ya na ho..No one is secure here..kb jawab aa jaye .no one knows..or inki teacher ko htane ki ek hi strategy h..ki bacchi ko smjh m nhi aa rha..or ye jitna amount dete h..us m ulta bh lete h.Working hours are from 7:30-4pm..or last month mein ye teacher ko sirf working days k paise dete h...contract p sign zaroor krwate h..lekin us contract ki pehli line hi yhi hoti h..ki school kbhi bh aapka contract khtm kr skta h..sbhi papers pr jldi jldi sign lelete h .taaki teacher ko pdhne ka moka bh na mile...Read More
