Simply waste. Salary will not credited on time. Work politics. Higher management thinks that they are correct all the time. Lots of file work will mostly be their (ISO, NAAC, NBA, AUTONOMOUS). You will leave the campus at 8:00 pm for sure during file work but the highlight is the head of the department ( like IQAC etc.) will take vacations on time because of work politics.
