Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Simply waste. Salary will not credited on time. Work politics. Higher management thinks that they are correct all the time. Lots of file work will mostly be their (ISO, NAAC, NBA, AUTONOMOUS). You will leave the campus at 8:00 pm for sure during file work but the highlight is the head of the department ( like IQAC etc.) will take vacations on time because of work politics. Lack of research activities. FAKE DOCUMENTATIONS.
