- MMTC-PAMP, unfortunately, faces significant challenges in its work culture, creating a concerning environment for employees. The predominant focus on internal politics and favoritism has led to a detrimental atmosphere where survival often hinges on aligning with top management, irrespective of one's professional skills. - The apparent lack of industry knowledge among some top management members is disheartening. Their singular emphasis on sales, even resorting to questionable practices, raises ethical concerns. This approach compromises the integrity of the work culture and undermines the company's overall reputation. - Balancing the dynamics between B2B and B2C markets seems to be an overlooked aspect, indicating a fundamental gap in strategic understanding. This oversight can have detrimental effects on the company's long-term sustainability and growth. The absence of work ethics and a commitment deficit toward business partners is a major red flag.
