What I admire most about my boss is kind and polite nature, even when he's angry. he always remains composed and respectful in his communication. Additionally he is a great understanding of everyone's situation and is always ready to help whenever required. he never refuses leaves request and is supportive of everyone's needs.

Dislikes

The only point which I dislike the most is the salary related matters. Salary increments should be on timely basis and should be based on work performance, not influenced by personal relationships. All the higher benefits should be received by those who truly deserve them, rather than the by those who are undeserving.

Likes

Highly cooperative and understanding environment.. Fun with work. Lot of learning.. No Office politics at all.. Equal opportunities, no favouritism by senior management.. Flexible work culture..

Dislikes

Few basic employee benefits are yet to be added in the policies like, health insurance, paid leaves, yearly Bonus etc.. No other dislikes!!

Work policy: Depending upon the Clients/Work/employee position from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
