I don’t think anything good about working here. No knowledge of handling new employees.

Dislikes

Do not ever join this company for your career. They will hire you after taking a very short round of interview. Immediately, they will release an Offer Letter without any proper formal discussion. No joining formalities, nothing will happen. They will start taking work from the very first day itself without giving any proper knowledge about their work. Then suddenly after 4-5 days, they will realize that your skill set does not matches with the required one. if they feel so, they could have taken interviews rigorously instead of playing with emotions. So please think 1000 times before joining this pathetic company. My close friend suffered from all this trauma. but they never realized their mistake. Definitely, an employee can not be thrown just after 5 days of joining when cofounder herself dont know what work she wanted from employee. They are not even capable of providing laptops to the employees....Read More
