First you have to give 2 year bond, 3 month salary cheque, 1 month salary hold as a security reason on the company but in reverse you can not get anything from the company. Owner thinks all time that you are thief and very bad behave and use abuse language. You will get demotivational speach every time. You will get your salary on20th of every month.
