Nothing to like. Very bad company.
Dislikes
First you have to give 2 year bond, 3 month salary cheque, 1 month salary hold as a security reason on the company but in reverse you can not get anything from the company. Owner thinks all time that you are thief and very bad behave and use abuse language.
You will get demotivational speach every time.
You will get your salary on 20th of every month.
Salary will be hold if you take leave at the time of start month.
...clusion: Don't serve your service to them he just don't deserve that.
Points: 1. Contractual service agreement of long term to trap and 1st Cost to company hold from salary and submit 3 times of cost to company as security.
2. No maintenance of dignity/use of abusive language with male and female employees.
3. No salary timings/no leave benefits.
If you are ready for a day by day harassment then kindly join them so you will never want to see their faces again.
There is no long term working culture.
Salary packages is very less according to capability.
Policy of this organisation to use and through in year.
No system and MD by pass the rules regulation own rules.
Stop the employees after duty time..
Dismotivate not appreciate.
The work culture is really Satisfactory and there are so many learning opportunities , great explosive,& all team member are quiet supportive. I would recommend everyone to be the part of MKS

Work Culture at the worst. They treat employees like there is none other than this company that can provide employment to them and after joining formalities completion, instead of appreciating the efforts they demotivate the employee by finding those mistakes that never existed in any other industry other than MKS.
Their thinking towards an employee is always on negative side.
