It has strict rule you have to follow. You can get demotivated by rules and pressure. You always feel demotivated.

1. Job security is good. You will never get fired. 2.management is really aggressive but will not trouble you if you complete your work within time. 3. Flexi hours 4.yearly outing 5.i ve read in some reviews that 12 hours work.

Dislikes

1.less growth but good company to start and jump after 2 years 2.management easily relieves if leaving with proper procedure
