1. After becoming Public limited, Company is still lack of appreciating the employees for their good performance, 2. There are NO incentives & NO appraisal in 2024 to the employees, 3. Employees are bounded with 2.6 years of bound if they leave before there will be no documentation provided that's the reason they gave minimum increment's to existing team. 4. HR changes the policies like they are running the nursery school. 5. This is making the environment frustrating & negative....Read More

Pros: There are none. I repeat NONE

Dislikes

CONS: Ohh let me list it down 1)You will be begging for increament 2)You will be treated as a slave 3)There is no standard policy, they are gonna change it as per their choice. 4)Management does not give a damn about employee's growth in career, even if you are most deserving employee, please expect zero appreciation but but but youwill still be receiving criticism in a timely manner. Congratulations! 5) You must have heard about fun Friday right? Forget the fun on Friday, they will never try to fail to make "worst weekend" 6) Work life Balance?what's that? You will marked as late comer if you come late by 15 min but you can go back at 10 in the night, that will never count.
