There policies regards to life insurance are very good. Company is doing very good for sustainability of environment also they do very strict plan for safety Overall you can get a better place here to work.

Dislikes

Company update there policies rapidly and Companies Minerals business is in Downward trend also product is very expensive in india. Their criteria for CTC is very different your Fixed CTC is very less so they add flexible amount in this but you got very less in hand salary in month. There is no job security it's all depends on your business.

What I like most about this company is my manager's and team members support. I learn many things and have many opportunities to boost my skills, knowledge and abilities. Metso is good platform to build your interpersonal skills because in my job profile, I deal with many other department persons, and they support me a lot. Another thing is that Metso provide Mediclaim, which is useful for family members. Other perks are Sodexo for food, travel expenses and so forth....Read More

Dislikes

What I personally dislike about the company is Job security. Other things, sometimes I faced problem with Visa and travel ticket support because when I travel on Saturday and Sunday, at that time, when I wanted to reschedule or cancel a ticket, I was unable to do it because they did not pick up call from the other end.
