Meridian Solutions Pvt Ltd - (Enabling business process) has significant issues with its working ethics. The company frequently makes changes without discussing them with employees, leading to confusion and disarray. This lack of communication undermines the organization's sense of stability or trust. The hiring practices are equally problematic. Employees are hired without proper vetting or planning and often fired without justification. This erratic approach results in a v high turnover rate and job insecurity among staff. The CEO's management style exacerbates these problems, as he only listens to one or two individuals within the organization. These favored few seem to be advancing their interests at the expense of the wider workforce, further diminishing overall morale. Employee satisfaction is notably low, particularly in support and presales departments. The lack of consideration for employee well-being and professional development is a serious concern.
