Nothing to like here. I know you want to join for the sake of experience and a salary to pay your expenses, but believe me you will not get either of them here. This company is run by two or three individuals who hire people every day at a low price and ask them to work more than the working hours and take credit of their work by telling them that they did that work not you, then fire that employee by telling lies and does not pay anything, instead threaten them, and provide any experience letter as well. If you are planning to relocate to work for this company, don't waste your time and money, you will regret it. This is not a company, it's a school with extra classes, where you have to work overtime and on weekends as well without a pay. You need to take permission from company owners everyday before leaving the company. The worst company i have joined so far, if you still join this company you will see everyday a new person is coming and within a week or so leaving or fired. The people who are working over there will not also let you stay because of their job security and will not tell you anything about the products, if you smart and intelligent enough to map the coordinates and understand every aspect of their SDLC of product, they hate and create problem every day in your task. Salary will not be credited on time no surety also . No learning environment. Very less skilled people. Overtime everyday no pay for that. Work on weekends even it's a holiday. Taking permission from owners everyday after your work hours before leaving the company premise.
