Please don't fall in trap of Brand name. It is as simple as a Lala firm. No policy culture Favouritism culture No commitment No hierarchy culture Expectations beyond anything. Old school culture. Nano management. Employee turnover are very high.

Too much pressure and demotivating work environment. Bosses do not understand individual challenges and blame for every task. You would end up receiving all the blames if anything goes wrong but no appreciation for good work done. No acknowledgement of long working hours.
