Working with Max life made me strong as an individual and also I learnt to work in extreme conditions It was for the first time that I got go travel with plane while working with max life

Dislikes

Working with Max life made my life tough becasue in work front I had to deal with multiple boses which made me always confused whon to listen and how to make every one satisfied with my work as different boses had different way of working. Also while working with Max life my personal life came to a stand still. I remeber one such instance when I went for a vacation with my friends and firstly it was so difficuly for me to take leave even though provision is there but even after I got the leave aftef a request i was not able to enjoy there as I continuosly got phone calls to meet my targrt which made me bit unhappy. All mu friends were enjoying but I was attending phone calls all the time which made them also irritaed and I vould not enjoy fully. Also sometimes i had to work from home and so my family always used to complaint about it....Read More

Work Details

I was working as Relationshiop associate ( Bancassurance) with Yes bank channel.My job tole was to discuss with Yes bamk resource about their targets. To fix appointment and closure of deal finally to help loggin them

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
