There are unrealistic deadlines for deliverables and zero work life balance. Moreover, the workplace is filled with seniors of toxic mentality who give negative example of other companies who are firing but they are not to satisfy his ego or to showcase the company big in the eyes of employees. Career growth is a big problem as after working in the company you will not be able to see yourself fit in other companies of same industry because it is research cum call centre.
