CEO should learn how to run company and how to make employees happy.

Dislikes

Zero management All decision taken by CEO only. Zero paid leaves. Dirty politics with employees. Force to work overtime without paid. You cannot take leaves not allowed forcing to do work from home even if you are on leave also. CEO should learn how to run company.
