Rivigo working culture is average and one time Rivigo was a good company but when I was left this company than company culture was not good and promotion Possiblty was nothing besides it increment also not increase so Rivigo culture was not good.

I like one thing there is no restriction for dress code and you can work with ownership. And you can get better geographical knowledge. As we know logistics field required 24*7 activeness. Still I don't feel anything I like about Rivigo,may be my observation is wrong or working atmosphere is not good.

Work life is typical, I have to manage every part because there is requirement of all rounder personality physical and mental. After this you will get much more learning, pateince, quick decision maker.
