The job security and culture is the only satisfaction here. The low growth aspect is one sad part along with slow decision making process of the company.

Dislikes

The slow decision making along with slow growth is one of the most saddening part.

Work Details

Overall since the growth is low definetly the pressure is less in work terms. But that gets compensated by unnecessary protocols and procedures.
