There is no nothing to like at Mahindra and Mahindra financial services.

Dislikes

1. DM's & ABM's are playing with employee duties and responsibilities. 2. Only one person will be perform as business and collection executive. 3. Dominated attitude & Bad language communication with employees. 4. Internal Code blocking linked to business for last 6 months collection OD or unpaid cases. 5. Low salary package, and ABM's and DM's preferred person only will get appraisals. 6. Not considering employees constituency performance. 7. Multiple type's work load & No proper timings 8. Poor skills of ABM's, not giving support to Executive's. 9. One executive sourcing the business files from their hardwork, DM's & ABM's easily taken the files from that executive with their attitude, and kept in other executive code. 10. There is no work freedom for executive. DM's and ABM's theft the work from executives, and credit goes comes under limits. Finally Employee's are suffering & losses lots of believe on company and hating this organisation due to their personal benefits....Read More
