Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.Company job profile is very good and salary gate time to time.

Dislikes

Salary is fixed, not to be increment. No job security, quarterly contract sign, no long term contract signing.

Work Details

I am handling the HR process right from recruitment to exit formalities. Employee engagement, performance appraisals, policy making and soft skill training to staff like mental health and other technical support.
