If you're a hard working intelligent person, job security won't be an issue. They'll give you all sort of works from manual to lead level work at very low experience to ensure skill development is not an issue 😂

Dislikes

Politics has ruined the environment. Improper management of trainees, associates. Leading to excessive workload on leads. No proper skill based guiding, you'll be given the work and you have to sort things out on your own. Majority of the projects are always under escalation, hence you will never have a breathe and will be required to work 10-12 hours on an average to meet ends.

Likes

You can get few Friendly and Helpful collogues and which can make a you survive in the company. Also some of the projects are good and you can learn new technologies in it.

Dislikes

I don't like the way they treat there employees especially at the time of appraisals, first they delay the appraisal cycle for 4-5 months every year and they rate you based on how you greet your managers or yours leads not on the basis for your work or any client appreciations. Only a person who can roam around the management and give them all the internal details of there team can survive here and is considered as good hardworking employee....Read More
