Likes

Maersk has good potential in the long run due to its dominant Market position in logistics space and will provide exiting opportunities for work in logistics space in the future. The leadership is also quite open for suggestions even from lower rung of employees and in general has a lower ego.

Dislikes

Maersk has one of the poorest processes and system infrastructure despite being the market leader in its segment and timelines for new development are too far off. As a result there is lot of manual activities to be performed which drains a lot of time and energy. Also finance in general is not as strategic as it should be and there is no proper hierarchy in place thus limiting career growth.

Work Details

Not very great due to limitations in system infratructure leading to lot of manual work. Also there is no hierarchy in place and hence people have to manage both strategic and operational activities themselves leading to added stress.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
