Dislikes

Pre sales manager in the company does not have knowledge in real estate he comes from edtech background, He will takes multiple tea breaks waste time talk with other department employees does not have much work except giving reports. When your performance goes down he will not train on how to increase performance or pitch customer, he will only ask to do more calls. He will talk bad about his team to other department employees.It so frustrating to work with such manager. Out of 4 pre sales member only 1 employee is able to achieve Target he will only support him. He does not train us how to achieve Target from the date he join no call script given we don't know how to exactly pitch only thing he says is to do more calling even the management is not looking into this....Read More
