Dislikes

Management either don't know how to acknowledge good work or they simply don't wan't to. Poor HR lacks basic HR etiquette, zero knowledge of HR-related task. Can't blame the HR as she's being used as a pawn by the higher management. However, being an HR, she lacks the dignity and even basic etiquette to have a conversation with people. Management has full support and confidence in sheltering two Illiterate and cheap-mentality people in the company. Once you join there, you'll get to know them. Since, I had a straight-forward attitude in dealing with them, they never had guts to pinch me. These guys don't even know some basic English spellings and their meaning and I wonder how they're sustaining here. Besides, the management don't bother about appreciating your efforts neither it thinks of appraising your salary. Salary get's disbursed via cheque, a bitter truth, that too after 14-15th of every month. Moreover, you never know when you'll be kicked out of the company. This way, no company can make positive growth. If you want to make a good career, Vinkom Solutions, is of course, should not be an ideal choice. You should stay in a company only when if either you grow in terms of learning or in terms of salary. Unfortunately, neither of them is a piece of cake here.
