Well, the only thing i like about locobuzz is that everyone is sailing in the same boat and are being tortured by the management. Hence, sometimes the survival becomes easier with your fellow colleagues.

Dislikes

The management is pretty useless. They are not fit for the leadership. The CEO is super aggressive, disrespectful, doesn't know how to talk to his own employees in front of external guests. Burning 50 lakhs a month and blaming it on th employees. The COO and CEO are husband and wife. My COO has no say in whatsoever. And even if she says anything my CEO disrespect her as well. My COO is here just for the salary, my COO and CEO combine takes home 1.5Cr annually. Finally, my CTO- Again a dominated creature, can't speak where he should, my CEO disrespects him also. He is burning approximately 80lakhs a month on AWS server, even the senior engineers at my company knows that we are wasting so much money on AWS server the company does not even have that many clients. But our CTO doesn't understand....Read More

This company has a toxic work environment where employees are overworked and mistreated. Favouritsm is rampant, with promotions and benefits awarded to those who flatter superiors rather than based on their merit. The ineffective HR department ignores employees concerns and sides with management, leading to genuine issues being overlooked. Dedicated workers feel undervalued and exploited, while recognition is given to those who ingratiate themselves with their superiors. Additionally, manager (Seraphine Patel) along with team leads (Meet Dedhia & Sidhanth Ghosalkar) possess limited knowledge yet frequently criticize employees for their supposed lack of knowledge....Read More
