Overall my experience is very great about the company, I joined as GET after completing Electrical Engineering, Initially I was selected for Project Department but as I was more interested in the Purchase Department so on my request the HR team as well as the Procurement Head gave me a chance to work in the Procurement Team and during mu tenure I gained a good experience and knowledge about the intricacies in Supply Chain Management. I am very much thankful to the Listenlights team (HR and Procurement Head) for believing in me and giving me the opportunity due to which I got a direction for my career path. Though I was for 5 months in the company and I decided to go for further studies, but if I wasn’t going I would enjoyed working in Listenlights. All the staff from senior most level to junior are very friendly and helpful. It's not any things that likes very chitted company, here take employees others organisation after old staff and management started to comparison, new employee very bad haranshment including director to management staff please don't take offer this company.
