Nothing is so much about liking this company where you can easily find that your seniors in a few cities are less qualified than yours in this company!! If you have a good academic background, to be honest enough to tell you, please go ahead to look forward to some other companies. 1. Management is corrupt. 2. This company destroys many young talents by putting them on the payroll of 3rd parties like Randstad, Teamlease, and Adecco India. Eventually, they signed a bond before joining this company and you will be the loser once you sign the bond paper!! 3. Work timing is absurd all the way from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm at night. 4. After 8:00 pm there is no communication of Transportation from Dhulagarh. 5. Your seniors are forcing you to complete the job no matter whatsoever the time is. 6. They select their candidate by telling the fake job profiles and after joining the job profile is different. If you have done an MBA and if they gonna offer you the position of Sales or Account Representative be alert that you might be placed as a delivery boy sooner or later joining this organization. 7.
