Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Appraisal depends on senior managers' reviews that are highly biased. Even if clients provide biased feedback, that is considered as final without any impartial consideration. Managerial delays are claimed as the employee's delay and inability to submit deliverables at times. Pay rate is too low.

I have been with the company for 2.5 years and it has been a fantastic journey so far. The supportive culture, growth opportunities and work-life balance make it an excellent place to work. The founders are transparent and approachable. I am happy to be part of such a great workplace.
