If you have a good manager, you will be saved. But the moment that changes, you will be on your own, you'll have to fend for yourself tooth and nail. The work culture is very tiring, I worked from home and was a part of the company for a good 5 years, and then one evening HR called and informed me that I'd been laid-off. The managers were not informed about this, no prior intimation was given, it was the worst round of lay-off....Read More

Dislikes

If you work from a remote location, be prepared to work for a shift of 12 hours. I started my day at 9 AM in the morning, and the work went on till 10 PM at times! There was no communication on appraisal, and in the appraisal season, more than 350 employees were laid-off.
